-Motto of the Uhlan Regiment
“The Uhlan Regiment originating from the Clausewitz citadel in Aquila (Neoterra) is the most famous anti-tank Armored Cavalry unit in PanOceania. As TAG destroyers, its primary function is to provide anti-tank support during combat operations. The pilots of this regiment receive specific training based on hunting and stalking hostile TAGs and armored vehicles. Their operational doctrine encourages movement and the establishment of favorable positions from which to block off an enemy offensive. Its function is so specific that they are not meant to participate in assaults or frontal offensives, as is the case with Squalo series TAGs. On the contrary, an Uhlan is a lightweight, highly mobile unit that only needs to maneuver until it reaches a position of tactical domination where it will camouflage itself to ambush an enemy TAG. These machines move in the middle of smoke and the heat of battle as silently and fluidly as the shadow of a large predator. Thanks to the expertise of their pilots and to their advanced concealment devices, the Uhlans become invisible hunters and stealthy assassins.”

These little (S1) guys are very cool looking – and that Tohaa SMG design is Legit!
Perhaps the greatest menace to the Tohaa Trident in its protracted war has been the fear and paranoia instilled by the Shasvastii operatives. These underhanded aliens can, through the judicious use of stealth and impersonation, sap the morale of entire units with a single strike, a single assassination. To counteract this insidious threat, the Trident entrusted its Sudiel Section with designing a stopgap solution: an artificial sentry whose watchful eyes would spot any and all intruders. The engineers of the 77 worked tirelessly to improve upon a parasitic life form called Kaaras, a viciously territorial creature that, by tapping into its host’s central nervous system, heightens its senses to detect imminent threats. Specialists from the Sudiel Section subjected this semi-sentient parasite to a process of neural reprogramming, guiding its development into a sort of accelerated, truncated version of Exaltation. Through this process, the species’ intelligence thresholds and submissive tendencies were enhanced, molding it into an obedient but fierce guardian. Once reprogrammed, Kaaras are mounted on mid-range biosynthetic bodies bristling with sensors. When the Kaaras attaches itself to the host’s nervous network, the resulting creature is known as a Kaauri Sentinel. Although their intelligence falls short of true sentience, Kaauri are loyal and deeply devoted to their protective mission. They will readily die to defend their Tohaa masters, and in truth they cannot even contemplate the alternative. It is simply written into their brains.

“They say old soldiers never die. Well, the Sukeul Commandos are formed by nothing but dead soldiers. Every one of its members is a veteran operative, a fatality of a past conflict whose skills were too precious for the Trident’s High Command to lose. The have all been recovered for their combat experience, and the only way to wring out every ounce of it is to keep deploying them. Each of their number has their own tactical specializations, so they get their pick of the crop when it comes to combat gear and armament. As highly trusted agents, they are responsible for the most dangerous Direct Action operations of all, those that fall under the designation Contact and Death, usually too classified to mention. Judging by their past performance, these veterans rarely fail to deliver violence and destruction where it is needed most. Their record sheets are brimming with extraordinary actions and massive body counts, but the details are known only to a select few with the appropriate clearance. On the battlefield, Sukeul Commandos never relax their trigger fingers, firing at will but maintaining startling levels of precision. They laugh in the face of heavily armed assault troops and TAGs alike. They will make an example out of any proud soldier stupid enough to stand in their way. They know every trick in the book and every shortcut to mission cleared. Sukeul never fail. They are the best of the best and anyone in their sights is about to learn their lesson for good. They leverage the experience gained in past operations and former lives to push a little further every time. They are the dead that always come back, and they always come back with a win. This is a superb unit whose members are self-sacrificing but sordid. They have acquired a taste for blood that guarantees conclusive results mission after mission, gunfight after gunfight.”
